First they give me a room that was used so I had to go to the lobby to give me an another room the guy that assisted me was so rude and Carles. It claim is a none smoking rooms and they stink of cigarettes , the bed smell like sweat and cigarettes , I had to leave before time cuz I couldn’t stand it any more and I lost money I had 1 more night that I payed for . Customer service was trash omg

Don’t ignore the poor rating. We did, and wish we hadn’t. This was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at! It was dirty, surfaces hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was in disrepair…the faucet moved, lights were out, fixtures were rusty. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though the hotel makes it clear that it is non-smoking. I literally didn’t feel comfortable here. Thankfully the bed seemed clean and was comfortable. We couldn’t get out of here fast enough!

The fact I did not have to walk through the building to access my room I could access it from the parking lot.
Negatives:
The bathroom door was split at both sides from the bottom, making it hard to open and close. The Refrigerator did not work. The shower had issues draining. No comforter on the bed. It was not the cleanest looking.
