We were forced to leave immediately due to the harassment from one of your male guests while he videotaped my children and I in the pool area. There was no manager on duty. The police were called on your male guest and you did nothing to keep your other guests safe including my children and myself. We were forced to leave and end our vacation with family much earlier than anticipated. I am not pleased and I am requesting a full refund for the poor treatment, harassment, including the broken down room and dirty towels upon arrival.
Upon departure yesterday on 11/30/25 about 3pm,
due to the issue of your abusive male guest who berated his girlfriend and her young small child to tears, recorded my family in the pool, also left the young female child in the pool without supervision, while my children were swimming,
the front desk person told us there was no manager on duty and then refused to provide a check out letter or receipt to document that we left.
I removed all of our belongings and left the room in clean condition.
