Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Breakfast was closed at 9:30 a.m. when I came down to eat something and have coffee :(. Appreciated the refrigerator with freezer and comfortable bed! Inside of microwave was dirty with dark Brown stuff. Edge of sink in kitchen was sticky with brown stuff and the floor was sticky next to one of the beds. Clock on table was not working.

The location was close to what I needed. I had an event I needed to get to and from the hotel happened to be within reason. That's pretty much it.

I'm finally getting around to writing about this crapshoot. The majority of the experience was awful. I got there 30 minutes early for check in (traveled about 2.5 hours) so I understood when the front desk refused to give me a room or start to check me in. Other hotels its never been a problem, here it is. Fine, understandable, no problem... I ended up sitting in my car to wait the time out with my family member THINKING ok - they need this time to clean the rooms, etc, for guests and that takes time... Yeah... no. My room was incredibly disgusting, I ended up taking video of everything. Thankfully I was only staying the one night. I went to use the shower and ended up not doing so as it was dirty and had hair. Even my family member was grossed to the max and refused to shower UNDERSTANDABLY like myself. The caulking around the tub MOLDY around it - not just in one spot - it lined the tub, the fridge dented, the cabinet DAMAGED. I was so annoyed but since I paid $200+ dollars for the night and I was already there, I went to my event, came back laid my head to sleep and ran FAST AS HELL in the morning. For the price, it wasn't worth it along with the granola bars they put as breakfast in the mornings lol SUPER disgusting, dirty and overall not a place I'd stay again. Huge disappointment so much so I travel to another state about 4 hours away and was going to book Extended Stay to give them one more chance and IMMEDIATELY repented when I saw the reviews at another location. Nope, I wouldn't book again with their overall hotel conditions not just in this location but apparently others. So many other amazing hotels that are worth the $200 a night price tag, this isn't one of them.

Not one thing was good about this property…except the lobby and elevator made it look like a reputable place…very deceiving

Filthy…..smelled. Mold mildew…dirty rusty moldy tub…broken cabinets…amenities were not as advertised…smoke alarm removed from room, seedy characters hanging out of windows with the screen laying on the sidewalk…..pictures on website and booking site are NOT how the rooms look…We left….spent $180 and couldn’t even stay….it was unsafe, unkempt and unsanitary
