Negatives: over booked

Negatives: The area is not the best.

Negatives: Had to switch rooms because the shower nob was broke, went into the other room where there were cockroaches in the fridge, found one in my drink the next morning, asked for a refund they said they would give me a call but never did. i will not stay there again. worst decision of my life.

Negatives: Staff was not available to assist after the one key card I was given stopped working. I was forced to sleep in my car and kept periodically trying throughout the night. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Negatives: There was no AC in the first room that I was assigned and my parents room next door had a smoke detector that wouldn’t stop beeping intermittently to and they did not want to have to try to sleep through that noise. Then multiple rooms we were offered as replacement were also slightly not normal in other ways - sheets not changed in a double bedroom, toilet not cleaned, etc. There was no breakfast in the morning.

Negatives: Bathroom was dirty and old. Paint and door didn’t close correctly. The front door didn’t lock correctly the hinges were loose and didn’t look like the place was take care good.

Negatives: Ad Breakfast none available. No staff at night high crime area.

Negatives: It was like abandon no one there after they checked us in everything was filthy horrible trash in fridge and sticky stuff on counter black floors where they haven’t been mopping in who know how long . The whole thing is not true nothing works no breakfast no coffee no pool no Jacuzzi no help.

Negatives: We didn't get to stay. I got there and doors were locked and lights out. Had to call around and pray I found another room for us.

Negatives: Sign at the front door, notified us that this was a property with problems with continuous police calls for public nuisance. There’s a security officer with lights, flashing, and homeless people surrounding the whole property . One room had roaches. My 20 month old granddaughter woke up as roach was crawling on her. The other one did not have roaches, but they were both dirty. One did not have a shower curtain and staff just handed us a shower curtain. Both rooms did not have trash cans and they said they didn’t have any so they handed us trash bags. We have to ask for soap, and we had to ask for toilet paper. Remote for TVs didn’t work . There were no lightbulbs in the room in the lamps we had to ask for lightbulbs. We were there for a funeral at 8:30 in the morning when we went to leave to the funeral, the doors were already set on open and we couldn’t lock the doors. Our keys wouldn’t work anymore so we don’t know how long we were in our room thinking we were somewhat secure when our doors were open we finally found cleaning staff and they lock the door for us and told us when we returned and the office was opened. We could reset our cardkeys. When we did that they said they had computer glitch . We had two night stay. We did not feel safe and were not comfortable in the uncleanliness of the room. We asked for a non-smoking room and we had burn marks on our bed spreads. We were told office opened at 9a but at 10a when went to check out no one there so we went to breakfast and emailed we want to check out and when went back to turn in keys and make sure check out was complete.

Negatives: The rooms were really poorly maintained
