Excellent Breakfast Burrito at Sol Cafe in Starbucks. Saltwater pool is nice albeit a little cold (it is December).

The customer service from part of the front desk the girl was really rude like she were paying for my room and looks like the manager don't care this, anyways I will never come back to use this hotel

The staff was so thoughtful, considerate and responsive.

Too many vehicles blocking the entranceway for long periods of time.

I liked the atmosphere and the location relative to the activities we participated in. I liked that we were able to have our grandchildren come and swim with us in the pool. The water was a little too cold, but kids are used to freezing when they go to swimming pools. They just like to swim and play and that is what we did. The staff was really accommodating, cheerful, and friendly.

I was disappointed that the hot tub/jacuzzi was filled in and not operational. There wasn't enough handicapped parking.

I enjoyed the room and how nice it was. The location of the hotel was perfect and the price we paid was reasonable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

We had to ask for extra towels and face clothes because there was only one set in the room, but other than that no issues.
