Negatives: Room contained worn, chipped bathroom sink. Was not a bright room but had plenty of artificial light. Cooling system loud and sleep prohibitive so the room was warm through the night. Attendant used ORTHO weed killer which was it an organic brand to spray weeds right outside room doors!

Negatives: Room was old and outdated. Did not feel clean. I would never have paid $280/ night for this hotel, if not for the Balloon Fiesta. Turned on the heat and the fire alarm went off. Front Desk was not concerned and said there was probably dust on the coils. Burning smell remainined for hours. Bathroom sink was chipped.

Negatives: Nothing I loved it

Negatives: Parking was antiquated by some sort Of construction. Bathrooms didnt have fans and the water fluctuated between hot and cold during showers. Lack of an ice machine. Ive stayed at Cloud9s for $70/night that were in better shape.

Negatives: The threat on the mirror, to not stain the washcloths, made me feel uneasy. Also wasn't thrilled with the location, but I realize there is not much you can do about that.

Negatives: First off the photos of the rooms, must have been when they first opened the hotel. It was way more dated and everything looked old like it was falling apart. There were gnats and roaches everywhere, my toddler couldnt sleep because they were flying around and landing all over us. We stayed in the room for less then 7 hours and checked out. We had to find another hotel, which was a hassle and super expensive to book same day. Although we were charged for the entire weekend at Suburban, and we expressed our concerns to the front desk and the lady said she would inform the manager and someone would give us a call. I have not heard a word and every time I call, the manager is never available.

Negatives: The room was very outdated. They need to thoroughly clean the rooms, not just make up beds and exchange towels. The room needed a good wipe down.

Negatives: The bathroom shower, washbasin and a grassy pet area
