Upon check in on Saturday at 3 I was welcomed by very friendly employees. Told me the best parking spot to get to my room w ease. Breakfast was hot and enjoyed that there was some green Chile to eat as a native New Mexican who moved away but love to go home and eat all the green Chile I can!! Check out was also a breeze!
Negatives:
I wish the area by the door I used on the side building to get to my room had some kind of decorative rocks or grass. Was just really dirty on that side of the building. Maybe a lil seating area to sit at would be nice there too and an area designated for dogs so there isn't just dogs walking in that dirt area. Just make that area more appealing who use that door to get to their rooms like I did as I was in room #132. Maybe add some more lights and tell me what all the light switches go to ad some I turned on didn't seem to turn on or off any lights??

Needed a first floor room as we had dogs with us (elderly). Only a 3rd floor room allocated, because they keep ALL the first floor rooms for workers and long stay people. Getting your pups into an elevator and down three floors to go pee was not ideal. Just imagine your family member who is older having to get out of a room and down a hall to an outside potty … not ideal.
Toilet roll holder was about 6feet in front of the toilet, god help you if you had short arms. Shower was not great, handle didn’t control temp or pressure well.

The staff where very attentive.
Negatives:
I was extremely disappointed that the room i booked it didn't match the pictures that are shown. The triple X adult store didn't help with the number of shady people around this establishment. I am pretty sure the young man who checked me in was sitting in the silver Dodge mini van getting high in front of the hotel, and I will not be going ack!

The staff were exceptional. From the check-in experience to the constant cleaning of the breakfast area and hallways. It seems to be a pet friendly hotel but I didn’t get any pet smells
Negatives:
If I had to say something, I didn’t like it would just be that the countertop in the bathroom is small. But that’s pretty minor.
