Did not like that the pool was closed and not notified anywhere online or when booking. The price should be cut because of the renovation with no open pool. There was nothing stored in the pool when we were there. Therefore, it should have been open. That was the main reason we booked there was because of the indoor pool.

It was spanking new, clean and comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. Shannon and her husband are fantastic people who treated us with courtesy and good humor.

The sinks were very high. Perhaps a design flaw but a small nit compared to how excellent this property is.

Bathroom sink was slow draining on arrival. Receptionist told us there was nothing that could be done til tomorrow & she had no other room to move us. The morning manager was much more responsive & gave us a discount. By then the sink was also backing up despite our very limited use.
