The rooms were so close to the Parking, they looked like the cars would crash right through the window.
People were smoking outside the doors and the hallways smelled awful. The people were drug addicts, people with ankle bracelets on house arrest etc.

Dirty! Toilet dirty, bed linens dirty, room smells stale. Found chocolate eaten by previous occupant in the bed crevice. We had to be given a portable heater upon request because the facility got no central nor room heating.
