Positives: The room needs a deep cleaning. At first I was told that they were full to capacity and couldn’t change my room. But when I ask for a refund they miraculously found another available room. The excuse was those people didn’t reach yet and she was able to switch my room. I got into my second room and there was a leak, the coffee marker and phone were dirty. I asked for it to be clean however the water on the floor was clean but not the coffee maker and hotel phone (which I had to use instead of walking all the way around to report the leak).
