Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Buffalo

Negatives: well I decided to stay another so I went to the desk to recheck in and the I guess she the manager was very rude she said I didn't have to I ask do she need to recard my room key she say no I leave for a few hour come back and my key don't work now I do have health challenges also where oxygen so it lot for me. so as I approached the desk told her the key don't work she say they should I didn't change anything it may sound simple to some but customer service is everything definitely a difference with the person I check with thank you but your manager not good

Negatives: Noisy neighbors, cold hard floors.

Negatives: There was a distinct smell every time we entered the room from the very first day of our stay. Unsure if it was mold or something else but it never went away. Bathroom shower is super small and was not uncomfortable to shower, additionally there were 2 spiders that were there on separate days and found some cobwebs in the corners of the room and bathroom. Bedding seemed to be unclean found stains in them. Fridge moved around every time we tried to open it. The ice and laundry area was a mess and wouldn't use it to wash our clothes. Although there were things we didn't like about the room, we knew we would be out and about most of the day and would not need to be too bothered about the room issues too much.
