The pillow cases and Culvers were stained I asked the get them changed and no one came. I went up to the counter the get new ones but the new set they try to give me was dirtier then the ones on the bed

There was nothing that I liked about this place.
Negatives:
I did not like that. I asked for a non-smoking room and he put me right next-door to rooms that was smoking rooms. The whole hallway smell like marijuana and that was just uncomfortable for my health. He had to change my room three times the first time was because it was very dirty, the sheets, microwave, and everything was dirty, including the ice machine area. The second room he put me in. He told me that the heat will come on in about 30 minutes because they had the window open. I was in that room and our land there with my coat, my hat, my gloves on, and no heat was present. The heat was not working. The third room I went in was one bed which I asked for two and that microwave was very very dirty and I requested my money back for the rest of the stay. I did not get into a room and was able to go to sleep till 4 AM in the morning and he had the nerve to charge me for that room when it should have been free.No phones worked. I have more pictures, but it will not let me put them at the bottom.
