I was kept awake until 0130 from people screaming an and running around. The place is very active with young people partying. I ended up having to leave in the middle of the night because how loud it was. The tub had black mold all over it so I couldn’t even shower and there were un painted and broken items in the room. Just old and run down.

The room was surface clean. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Corners and under furniture where not clean. Broken wall outlet and missing/not working light bulbs were among the physical items that needed attention. Although there was inroom coffee, there was no sugar or creamer.
