The only thing I liked was the convenience to places I needed to go during my stay.
Negatives:
I am permanently disabled and requested a ground floor room because of difficulty navigating stairs, but I had a room on the second floor. The room itself had bedding full of cigarrette holes, left over parafanalia from drugs used by another guest, the refrigerator was not cold, the doors barely worked, and the bathroom door did not even shut. There was a family with at least 6 adults and 2-3 children next to me who appeared to be living there. They were extremely loud, children kicking walls and doors and screaming profianities! This was a planned stay to get away and relax, which was impossible under the conditions.

Negatives:
First, it was supposed to be pay at the hotel, but they took it off my card. Second, the grounds were nasty. Third, the rooms are dirty. Stuff on the walls, cockroach seen, door in bathroom was cracked, tiles around the bottom of the walls were broke, the rail in the shower was broke, and the tub was sunk in the center.

My stay was disappointing.
Positives:
The complimentary breakfast was a plus and a reason we selected this location, the travel distance and location was another reason we chose this location along with pool amenities.
Negatives:
Unfortunately when we arrived early we were unable to check in due to equipment issues, also the pool was closed for the season even though the booking site had no mention of seasonal closures, this was upsetting.
