Positives:
Two reasons we selected this location: it was priced lower than expected, and it was located as close as we could find to our destination.
The staff were courteous, helpful, and understanding.
Negatives:
HVAC maintenance.
The condition of a room's hvac is critical to the comfort provided. The unit in our room was filled with water (yes I understand that is intentional in certain units), but the water was musty, as if stagnant for some time. The coils were saturated and the fan blades were wearing a coat of dust, dirt, and dog hair.
The hotel provided cleaning supplies when this was brought to their attention and the unit was marked for additional maintenance, but there was no other room available, so we made do.
I removed the water, lysol sprayed the unit, shut it off, and wrapped it in a garbage bag to contain the odor.
Unfortunately the rest of the room was already damp, to include bed linens.
Although apparently clean otherwise, and nicely appointed, the affect of the hvac extended beyond the into and was an ssue that detracted greatly from what could have otherwise been a pleasant, convenient experience.

I was there to visit my son, and it was close to his base. Location was good.
Negatives:
There was food in the corners of the elevator on the floor, the floor we were on smelled so strong of weed (not the hotel's fault), stains on the floors in the hallway, pool was green and had garbage.

Staff were never at the desk. Halls were stained and moldy. Room was infested with cockroaches. Beds were horrible. Kitchen was falling apart. Pool had clearly been closed for a very long time. Everything smelled of cigarette smoke. We walked out on our reservation. Do not stay here.

Roaches, horrible check in woman, unsanitary hallways and accommodations. We fully expected that at least basic level cleanliness would be provided and they couldn’t even manage that. The floors were sticky, room smelled rancid, and was infested with roaches. I was afraid my spouse, puppy, or I would catch something from just breathing the air at this establishment. The woman at the front desk not only didn’t offer us a new room, an apology, or a refund, but basically told us to kick rocks and talk to the manager on Monday (it was Friday evening). Thankfully there were other fantastic hotels in town, otherwise I would’ve rather slept in my car than anywhere on that disgusting property.

The room was a horrid mess, smelled awful, and questionable white powder was everywhere. That was my first room tho, took a hour to get a room swap.

There is none, worst experience I have ever had.

They are infested with cockroaches and are not clean, and the smell is horrible. One room had standing water also and staff was not on-site after 11 PM and the lady leaving at 11 PM made it very clear that she was getting ready to leave at 11 PM and wasn't and wouldn't do anything to fix the situation. We came all the way from Indiana and arrived before 10 due to weather my son couldnt be picked up from base after 10 PM so we was on a time limit but the lady seemed to find her leaving at 11 more important then helping costomers I went and stayed elsewhere down the road and when I came back next day to cancel the reservations the guy was a little more helpful but gave my husband more answers about what needed to be done to cancel and everything when he went in because I was given short responses. So staff is not very friendly and helpful either.

The building stunk. The carpets in the hallways were stained. In 3 days, housekeeping never cleaned our room. The people in the room above us stomped and drug the furniture around(?) day and night. I complained to the front desk but it never stopped. The front desk clerk said they didn't have a room to move US to instead of addressing the problem guest(s).
