Positives: Location, included breakfast, lots of parking, clerk was pleasant, beds comfy
Negatives: It needs an update, desperately needs some renovations done, hole in wall of shower & crack in bottom of tub (attempted siliconing it, tub grimy with grey marks, hole in wall behind door in our room. It’s not welcoming when you see how run down it looks.

Positives: One look at the food and I skipped breakfast
Negatives: Immediately the place was run down. Hall Carpet was rundown, entire place had musty smell. The AC unit had a light on - change filter. There was a good size hole in carpet on floor. If it wasn’t late and the fee was non refundable I would have left
