Negatives: The first room given to us had a broken toilet and broken phone. instead of getting a new room we had to either keep using the toilet or walk around the corner to a empty room and use that one. The next day we were given a new room that smelled of cigarettes even though it’s a “no smoking” hotel and still a broken phone. But hey at least the toilet worked right lol…
