The front desk lady Shannon was amazing when talking to on phone and later in the day. When first checking in the women at desk was not very friendly. But Shannon made us want to come back she was super amazing.

The staff was fabulous. The room, however, was not - could not adjust air conditioner, could not get TV remote to dusokat list of channels, pillows much too soft. Not what one would expect for the steep price paid.

I didn’t get to stay I was attending an event and got a voicemail after leaving the event at midnight that my stay was cancelled because of non payment and that it was a very busy day when I chose to pay at the property

The location of the hotel was great!

I had an awful experience! I traveled with my kids for the weekend. The first night I was locked out my room because the battery for door lock system died. I had to wait in line and ask them to open my food every time I needed in my room. To accommodate me they gave me $19 off. $19! The front desk rep was taking shots of liquor while on the lock. The manager tried to bribe me by saying she’d add me to her family friends discounts. They refused to give me corporates number
