Radisson Hotel Akron/Fairlawn

Negatives: Room was dirty, bathroom was especially gross dirt and very worn. Shower water had cold blasts, lights in room didn’t work. Padlock on door was broke. Coffee maker was dirty. In general it was out dated, dirty and gross.

Negatives: I had to change rooms due to the tv not having any service. it was very inconvenient. There was a lot of loud noises coming from the rooms around, and with having a baby in the room made this very difficult for sleep.

Negatives: Broken and uncomfortable bed. Supposedly a tempurpedic, adjustable bed. Half the bed was collapsed and felt like a board. Old, broken TV, no reception, no screen mirroring. Dirty floors. Mold in bathroom caulking. Broken caulking. Rusty tub drain. Cracked sink basin. Thick, built up dust on all lightbulbs. Chipped up and torn veneer on furniture. Not enough towels. 1st floor smells like mold and mildew by the elevators. 1 of 2 elevators has a broken electrical panel which is easily opened and accessed by anyone. 3 police cruisers out front for over an hour. Blaring music as you enter the lobby during dinner time. Air conditioner was making a horrible noise. I pulled the filters and they were CAKED with dust. I washed them in the tub and dried them. Then cleaned the radiator fins and everything else of dust buildup. I reinstalled the filters and correct put the cover back on. Functionality restored. No noise, no more gross smell. This is basic hotel 101 and this location fails in every way. It should be CONDEMNED.

Negatives: The shower in my room did not work I had to wake up in the morning to go to a meeting and hopped in the shower only to find out the handle was broken in the water won’t turn on. This was very disappointing and I was in a rush to get to an important work meeting that I was traveling for Also, the TV remotes were missing And part of the shower was falling apart with ceramic pieces in the tub

Negatives: The thermostat was broken on my ac/heater. Also could not get the shower to run hot, but it was a very cold morning and i was on the top floor.

Negatives: I arrived at the hotel to a locked entrance and waited in the cold until the receptionist unlocked the door. While checking in the man behind the counter was conducting personal business with a customer service agent ( speaker phone) which probably why I waited outside. The room. I made sure I slept on my sleeping bag on the bed, found dirty underwear behind the night stand along with someone's charger. The heating unit knocked all night. Light bulb was out in the bathroom. Curtains had some very noticeable stains.

Negatives: Hotel was filthy. Rugs were dirty. Room was dirty. Bathroom was not very clean. Coffee maker still had old coffee grounds in it.

Negatives: The pull out bed was very dirty and disgusting
