Positives: location was excellent. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were quick and easy.
Negatives: Shower was not great. No pressure at all. Toilet was not flushed when we first arrived in room.

Positives: The night clerk who promptly took care of a situation with a dog barking in the next room from time to time waking me up three times. After the third time he moved me to another room. I had requested to be moved by the evening clerk earlier.
Negatives: The evening clerk refused and seemed like she thought that l was the problem. Also, a waffle maker is not a hot breakfast.

Positives: Staff was very warm and welcoming during the check-in process. The room was available on time when we arrived, which was well appreciated after experiencing delays at the airport, we were exhausted and was really happy to be able to unwind and relax.
Negatives: The customer service experience was great! My expectations were met, therefore I do not have any feedback for improvements. I'm sure other customers will be just as satisfied as we were. Just continue a job well done!

Positives: The facility was clean and staff was were good.
Negatives: I was booked into a room next to the elevator and the lobby, and the smoking area was right outside of my room. The smokers were carrying on loudly. I asked to be placed in a more quiet room but they said they didnt have any other room available. In addition to the noise from the elevator, lobby, and smokers, the noise from the occupants above me were extremely noisy at 1am, stomping around and seemingly dropping things. At 2:25am I heard a dog howling and barking from the lobby!

Negatives: Realized we left expensive headphones behind and went to get them, we were sure they'd been found because they had been on the bed. Room was already cleaned - no headphones in sight. Asked manager, he said no headphones turned in but feel free to look in the room. Spent some time looking, nothing. Asked the housekeeper who cleaned the room and she denied finding any. But these are airpods (250$ headphones by the way) so I sent my boyfriend back inside with my phone to track them down. Led him to the location of the housekeeping cart. When he offered to play the sound to help locate them, the housekeeper admitted she 'may' have found some after all and promptly produced my headphones from somewhere on her cleaning cart. Overall very upset to have wasted 30 minutes looking for headphones that were in someone's possession with no intention of being returned until it was discovered that we could find them with a locator and a sound.
