Positives: We didn't have the breakfast. The facilities were very nice, I was expecting a fireplace in my room.

Negatives: We requested a early check in and the desk guy could not have been any more indifferent about my request or my being there. We did not have towels in our room, I would have expected to have them brought up to the room.

Positives: Loved the location, close to the highway, food, gas. The receptionist during check in was welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. The room was comfortable. Free parking and breakfast was pretty good. The male staff working the breakfast area was nice and helpful.

Negatives: $100 pet fee is pretty extreme.
