I made the mistake of paying cash for the room at check in. My card on file was charged for the stay as well. I spent almost my entire stay talking to customer service at booking and the hotel. They refused to give my cash back and stated that the charge “should” be released by Monday. I am extremely unhappy with this situation. My stay was completely ruined due to the anxiety and frustration from this situation. It may not seem it to some but the money they took is a big deal for me. I have had to make other arrangements and push back important decisions due to the lack of funds created by this situation. My stay was ruined, and I left without a resolution today.
Also, I had specifically requested and reserved a room with a bathtub. Guess what I didn’t get…a bathtub or initiative to place me in a room with one.

The front lady was exceptional! I didn't catch her name but she was the sweetest ever and very easy to work with. The breakfast was great. Love gravy and biscuits. Well stocked!
