They were overbooked and did not honor my reservation. Now there is a pending transaction for payment, and we didn't even stay there. Booking was canceled.

Breakfast was ridiculous. A granola bar and prepackaged muffin is NOT what I call breakfast. A wrapped breakfast sandwich that can be microwaved in the room and a little bottle of juice would have been nice.
Had a handicapped room, but it would have been nice if it had been close to the elevator instead of a long way down the hall.
The key card didn’t work well.
The refrigerator made occasional bangs that were loud enough to wake us up.
Also, several of the lamps didn’t work.
