The location is excellent! Walkable to restaurants, pubs, activities.
Staff was great. Everyone was happy! Every person we came into contact with on the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
We were a little disappointed in the Sunday brunch. The proteins were there and on point ~ but the pastries seemed to be store bought and dry. Spouse was hoping there would have been biscuits or toast but there were not.
King room was pretty tight - no room to invite friends over from other rooms.

Location (close to stadium!!), affordable parking, beautiful lobby, bar, jazz band, dinner at the restaurant, brunch buffet! Room was fairly clean and beds were comfortable. Option on the TV to login to your own Netflix which is nice.

After such a grand entrance to the hotel, the room felt very dated. Bathroom had public restroom vibes, and the shower knob was broken so it took several minutes of fiddling to get the temperature turned to hot. The coffee maker was missing the drawer that you put the coffee in. The hostess at the restaurant was very unhappy to be at work, but the servers were very nice.

I liked the historical feel of the hotel, I just wish the carpet and furnishings were cleaner.
Negatives:
Overall it seemed unkept. The carpets were dirty and had stains on them, which made it not feel clean. We asked for connecting rooms and only got side by side connecting to other guests’ rooms. There were barking dogs in one room. The elevators were slow and broke down as we were leaving.
