The room was comfortable for the 5 of us. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The only issue I had was with my phone charging. I'm guessing it was due to it not having a USB port connection it was a dual c type end charger. It wasn’t working in most of the outlets in the room. No one else had an issue with their charger, so that's my guess.

The staff was amazing! Marcy and Jennifer were so sweet and kind! The hotel was packed due to a game, and they were so patient and welcoming! We came back from the game wet and cold, and Jennifer welcomed us with hot chocolate and was just so sweet!!
