We loved the location and room decor. Beds were also soft and comfortable.

Our toilet stopped working literally same night we checked in, the person who came to fix it left TOLIET water all on our bathroom floor and toilet seat. The water took 5-7 mins to warm up. Plus the water pressure was non existent. The cleaning service never came to clean our room and then when she did she really didn’t speak English to understand what I wanted her to do so I just let her take trash and get us clean towels and rags. Online it states breakfast is free but it’s not you have to pay and the microwave is alllllll the way down stairs. It was just a lot and we will never be back.

The bartender wasn’t very friendly when we tried to ask questions to order a drink. She just gave me and my fiancé a sneer and slapped a menu at us before stomping off. Made us feel stupid for simply asking a question too. Didn’t want to order a drink after that. That be my only complaint.

Fortunately they found a room for me as the receptionist couldn't find my reservation. (Which is probably why there was no coffee)

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was chic, clean and super convenient. I loved the cleanliness and the atmosphere! The decor was super fun!

The only complaint was the breakfast we paid for was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I spit it out on the first bite and threw it away. It took my husband 3 bites.
We would stay here again, but eat breakfast elsewhere!
