The only thing I liked is that the staff relocated me a s my husband after we woke up to rain in our room after a water leak in the room above us. Our other bed was soaked and there was a quarter inch of water in our room.
Negatives:
The room was sub-par. There was an ironing board and no iron, the room was dirty with a sticky spill on the entertainment stand. The beds were falling apart and the room smelled like old cigarettes.

Location served my purposes. Staff was friendly.

Flies kept appearing in the room. I would kill one and another would appear. 7 confirmed kills before bedtime. Bathroom had hair in bathtub drain and mildew in sink and towels were in short supply. Tenants smoked pot outside room and it made for a less than enjoyable sleep by being sucked through air-handler.

Beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was polite and helpful.
Negatives:
Smoke detector was hanging off the wall, several of the lights did not work and, the bathroom was extremely cramped with a door that was difficult to open and shut. No one bothered to come make the bed or clean the room (couldn't have been more than ten cars in the lot so it's not like they didn't have time) and flies just kept on coming out of nowhere. Killed five before just quitting and living with it.
