Positives: Breakfast was okay.
Negatives: Carpets in room were dirty and stained. Couch was in bad shape. Bed was ok. A general feeling of being run down. Not typical of Hampton Inns. Either needs an upgrade or to be torn down.

Positives: i liked that we were centrally located within several areas that we needed to travel to during our stay. we also liked the breakfast bar
Negatives: we booked through 3rd party (booking.com) & when we checked into the hotel there was a $150 hidden security deposit fee that we were unaware of. Also the amount that we paid for our room through booking.com was not visible on your computer at check in...they wanted us to repay full price & get reimbursed later after you worked out the computer system. Huge inconvenience!! unexpected money needed!! we had to call the manager to straighten it out. Then we get to the room & only 2 towel sets available when we checked in for 3 adults & 2 children. When we called for more towels, there were none clean !! we had to wait until laundry was done. The front desk said they would bring them to our room when they were finished that evening. The next morning, We went to the front desk because the towels were never brought to our room. The front desk agent said that we were supposed to come get them ourselves last night & that is why we didn't get them!! she was very rude! At this point i was very upset with the hotel service. I explained to her that that was not the case, that we were told that the towels would be brought to our room!! she could see that I was becoming irritated, so she cut me off & said that she was just joking with me. She ended up handing me more towel sets. The blanket on our bed was dirty...so I took it off & slept without it. I placed it on the floor with our dirty towels to make sure that the housekeeper would not put it back on the bed without washing it first. (some hotels only change the sheets & pillow cases & not the blankets)

Negatives: The room should have been ready when promised. It said that you could check in at 4PM. We didn't even get checked in until 10:20PM . When we got there the lobby was full of people and none of them got there room on time either. This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Hampton Inn. NO employees had name badges or uniforms , so you didn't even know who worked there. The room was not very clean.

Positives: Close to where we were going.
Negatives: We arrived at 8 o’clock at night and they told us our room was not ready that it still had to be cleaned along with 10 other rooms even though check-in is at 4 o’clock, and I am informed them that I was arriving around eight. We waited two hours to get our room and then find our bedding had stains on them so they brought new bedding and they were stained also we finally got clean bedding on the third time Then around 10 o’clock in the morning our hotel room door opened up and it was a staff member coming in without even knocking first. The front desk apologized said they were low on towels and looking for some.

Positives: The breakfast was decent, it was nice always having coffee available. The check in receptionist was very nice, and honest.
Negatives: There were no restaurants close by, except for a chain Red Lobster. The walls seemed VERY thin. It was noisy all night long.
