The location was excellent and Destenie at the front desk was good. The breakfast was good.

Other than Destenie and the guy who I assume was the manager the front desk staff was horrible. They didn’t understand English very well and just said yes or no to whatever was asked. I requested maid service on day 2 and the staff brought up 2 large garbage bags and handed them to me. The television in the sitting area had no signal service and the ac was broken so midday on day 2 maintenance came up and fixed those issues. I only had 1 fork and 3 knives in the kitchen. I did discover some dishes and a pan and Some cups in the dishwasher left by the previous guest I assume. Upon arrival my room was not ready until 4:30pm. My brother had 2 rooms and my daughter had one, their rooms were ready upon arrival. I had to ask again for maid service on day 4 Thursday and the front desk clerk said no at first then she went to ask her boss and the guy I think was the manager said he would send someone up and we did get maid service that day. I had to have my room key reset every single day, most times twice a day. I asked for change for a $5.00 so I could do my laundry and the clerk told me to walk across 6 lanes of highway to go to the gas station to get it. Remember, I am disabled and use a rollator and oxygen. This was by far the worst hotel stay in a long time

Super super nice hotel. Location was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. On real plates. Haha.
Negatives:
It was a bit confusing as 2 hotels are connected to each other. If you have to make sure you enter into the correct hotel that you are booked in to make sure they have your reservation.
