The sink leaked on to the floor and there was no hot water. I was also charged a $50.00 deposit that I was told would show up in 5-10 business days, why is that not immediately given back? Why are they holding my money that long? Never again will I stay

Everything could have been better. I even bought my own bath towels and wash cloth and pillow cases, I always do when I stay at hotels cuz there was dirty. Also had a NON SMOKING ROOM & IT SMELL LIKE Cigarettes in there. BOTH ME AND MY BUSINESS PARTNER DONT SMOKE.

Roaches. Forced to stay here due to it was already paid and we checked in late due to a long drive. I paid over 100 in new pillows/blankets/ and even slept in my car. Thats all I have to say
