Negatives: Your cleaning crew cursed in Spanish a lot. They were loud and unruly. They talked about my wife thinking I couldn’t understand them. Most of them being racial remarks. They woke my 8 month old twice after I repeatedly told them we were still sleeping. The front desk lady was very nice though.

Negatives: The hotel smelled and was visibly dirty. Either they need to give the night staff better hours so they aren’t so tired and out of it during their shift, or the person was high on the job. The bathroom in my room had no shower curtain. There were no disposable cups in the room, so I had to use my hands to drink water from the sink when I wanted to take my morning medicine.

Negatives: Horrible customer service. Didn’t even have hot water. Hair balls all over the bathroom floor. No curtain on my shower. Bed was not cleaned still had stains and hair all over sheets.

Negatives: The need for a Security Guard was rather unsettling, and I was worried about the safety of my car. There was NO Trash can in the bathroom or bedroom area. Where were we supposed to place any TRASH? Across the hallway from our room, there were 2 white plastic bags with garbage

Negatives: Better staff and cleaner rooms. It smelled like marijuana when you first walked in the hotel

Negatives: everything. sketchy place all around, but turned horrifying and seemingly dangerous once entering the room. the room was a disaster. all of the bedding had been ripped off and thrown onto the chair. the lamp above the bed had it's shade knocked askew and broken like someone had been forcefully shoved into it. there were stains all over the floor, and in the bathroom especially. The bathroom floor had fecal matter on it, and there were suspiciously colored spashes staining the wall behind the toilet and completely staining the tub. it was also just a disgusting building, with missing flooring, water drips, musty smells throughout, and the dangerously balanced handmade wooden ramp on the stairs is an accident waiting to happen. Will never return, and won't stay at any OTHER quality inn hotels either, since this was an incredible inconvenience and is costing me nearly $700 as I had to book a last minute replacement hotel when I have yet to get the refund for this one. I'm not sure what Booking will do with this review but I'm going to share it everywhere else I can too tbh. goodness gracious.

Negatives: No hot water. Very dirty. Warning. Don´t book this Hotel Quality Inn. We paid cash and it was not possible to get a recipe. The Hotel had withdrawn from account too. So we paid twice. No hot water, so the Hotel will give us 20 % returned, but we haven´t got the money returned. Don´t trust them. Never trust them.

Negatives: Got there at 3pm to check in. I was told I had to come back in a half hour. 330pm came back got our room, TV wasn't working, and had a window was ready to fall out. There is no chair in room, and no telephone in the room.
