Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Tuesday, Jan 7th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Jan 7th, 2025 at midnight and Wednesday, Jan 8th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Jan 8th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 8, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Guests and visitors with vehicles parked in the parking lot will be required to provide vehicle information at check-in. br/ The hotel is not accepting local residents within the hotel's vicinity which is implemented by their Local Government. br/ The property does not accept cash. br/ Cleaning services are based upon the number of nights stayed.For a stay of 8 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen and more.For a stay of 7 nights or fewer, a cleaning service is available for an additional fee.
