The only thing i liked was the staff. The dude who cleans rooms was working his ass off. The front desk girl, Kimber, was very helpful. With a beautiful smile on her face, too.

The breakfast was honestly the best part about this place, it wasn't always stocked and didn't have many choices, however, it was much better then the room overall.

We had a room with two beds. One bed was broken the other was covered in stains.
We paid a pet deposit for the room so my mother could have her service cat with her. After the 3rd day they said we weren't allowed to have her cat there and we had to pay another 75 dollars. I asked for a printed out receipt and they refused to give me one. The person whom checked us in told us that she knew we had a cat she just forgot to put it in. However when I checked into the hotel I remember signing and paying for the pet deposit.
We Had two key cards. Only one worked the entire time.
We asked for clean towels and sheets multiple times and only received them once. We only received sheets for one of the beds.
When we first got into the room it smelled extremely musty. When I talked to them about it I was told it hadn't been used in a very long time and that I could not get a refund or be moved to another room.

Booking was for 2 full beds, non smoking - got one full bed, smoking - so had to go back to the office and get a different room. New room was okay, but why did it take 2 times at the office to get it right?

Booking.com had taken the payment for my credit card, but when we arrived at quality Inn, they had not received the money from booking.com. The employee, Amanda, was very helpful and between the two of us, we spent an hour on the phone trying to clear things up.

Everything in our room was falling apart. I have bruises all up and down my legs from running into the bed frame that was sticking out from under the box springs. I didn’t understand why they wouldn’t just make it smaller but in the middle of the night our bed fell bc the wood was so rotted. And when we went to take a shower I put our towels on the rack above the toilet and it also fell to pieces. It was extremely frustrating and when we told the employee the next day she went to the manager who seemed like she was pissed at us. I stuck around and made it a point to let her know it was not our fault or intention to go around breaking things. She smiled and said all the right things but the slamming of doors and walking very hard prior to my approaching her told me otherwise…. Overall it’s what can be expected at a low rated hotel.
