There was so much smoke smell my throat was sore the entire time and I had a headache, even though my room was non smoking. Something needs to be done about the smoking inside. It was horrible and I wont stay there again because of it.

I booked the room for my son and when him and his friends got there they were interrogated by the employee. They checked in after 6pm and she told them they were suspicious and wanted to know what their business was there

She said if they made any noise she was kicking them out. Why because my son has long hair and piercings. Oh and stated that his parents should check the law as you have to be 21 to check in. This desk attendant needs to have some type of customer service

The room temperature device was very noisy and inaccurate. We put it on 70 degrees but the real temperature was close to 90. The hair dryer was broken. In addition, most of electric sockets didn't work
