Our toilet started to run then it began to overflow and I was told by the front desk that the maintenance man would not be in until Monday. So at 11:00 pm, I had to get out of bed and pack all our stuff and move to another room. I was not happy!

The ceiling in our bathroom started pouring water into our room and flooded the bathroom floor. Not a single staff member offered us any assistance or solutions! I cleaned up the mess myself. Do not stay at this hotel.

I fell the 1st night on the sidewalk that was raised by at least 3". The supervisor that night didn't seem to care when asked for bandaids. Filed incident report and haven't heard from anyone there in the total of 9 days I was there.

The pillows are very fluffy and did not give any support. The waffle maker was broken. I chose this hotel for the waffles.

The shower doesnt work, no water pressure especially in the morning. The bathtub too small and outdated.

Most of the bathroom had been updated except for the floor which needs to be replaced and how about a high rise toilet for us old folks who have a hard time getting up from the low ones.

The waffle machine didn't have the waffle mix. We stayed at rm 202. The heater malfunctioned and it kept on heating the room. This made the room unbearably hot during the night and we couldn't sleep which made driving the next day dangerous.
