Negatives: Someone tried to cook in the hotel and burned their food and the smell was in the hallway!!

Negatives: The price setting that we took up 8 rooms.

Negatives: They essentially dropped my reservation on my second room. Lied all day about it. We come back from wedding at 11pm and they tell us they booked a second room at hotel miles away. We were traveling together! This is after I had 4 conversations with the front desk in 2 days about my rooms and requesting checking in early. Never once dis they say they did not have my second room. I did have confirmation of my reservation. They finally found a room to give us. Said it was clean, but it was disgusting. Bed sheets and blanket was disgusting and needed changed. Amber on nights was rude and unhelpful. Even saying to have some of us sleeping on the couch! This was most ridiculous experience I have ever had.

Negatives: The room was not clean, and there was trash underneath the furniture. The walls were paper thin. The entire conversation of the individuals in the next room could be heard as if I were in there with them.

Negatives: The staff are very unprofessional, everyone I interacted with which I would say maybe four? Definitely not suited for the hospitality industry, rolled their eyes, used words like ain't, and improper grammar, and wasn't very accommodating when asked about different situations, just got they had a real attitude, and then another time I asked for a blanket as I was sleeping on the pull out couch bed and when I asked a gentleman at the front desk if I could get some bedding he just looked at me, turned around, went in a back room, grab the bundle, handed it to me and then I said to him thank you for that! Looked at me for a moment, and walked away, no verbal interaction whatsoever, and the women were worse when I was trying to check in, I understand that the rooms aren't ready, but you can be a little more professional than there ain't no way you can get in a room now! And when I did arrive at the correct check-in time there was a line in the girl that I had just spoken with looked at me like she was angry at me and was going to screw me and couldn't acknowledge me at all, even though I told her I had a dog with me and a 7-year-old grandson who needed to get into the room sooner than later, I understand if you can't do it, but don't treat me like you owe me money, and the best thing is they said that they were cleaning the rooms and they'd be ready at 4:00, at a quarter till 4:00 all the maids or at least several of them were waiting out front for their rides, when I checked in to my room I went to the bathroom and there was a men's wet pair of underwear hanging behind the door, totally unacceptable, the hotel itself was great, but the staff were horrible

Negatives: The rooms around me were load when I was trying to go to sleep. I had to attend a conference.

Negatives: The clock in our room did not work properly. One of our two keys did not work. Just little things. Also, it is located in an area where there are no restaurants nearby.
