Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Sunday, Jan 5th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Sunday, Jan 5th, 2025 at midnight and Monday, Jan 6th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Jan 6th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jan 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
