The fitness room was decent
Negatives:
- Some of the staff treated me like it was my fault my week prior made requests were not met.
- The rooms do not filter sound well AT ALL.
- The AC/Heater was bad. Even on a fixed setting it kept going past the set temperature!!
- Some of the silverware in the room kitchen was clearly not cleaned prior.
- The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were like rubber, and toast like cardboard!

Easy check in, The staff is friendly and were helpful. Rooms were spacious. The hotel looked and smelled cleaned.
Negatives:
The pillows weren't firm enough to our liking, but the night staff provided another pillow with in minutes of asking for another. The conditioner in the shower was out or the pump didn't work. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain.

The breakfast was better than other Homes 2 Suites by Hilton that I have stayed at. There was a good selection of items to choose from and plenty of them. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The design of the shower in the bathroom could be better because when you took a shower, water came out from underneath the shower door and there would be water on the floor which flowed behind the toilet and under the vanity.
