The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the front desk reception, house keeping, and bar tender. Extra friendly and kind.

Room #100: Bathroom tub/shower in direct line of sight from sliding door. Tub was slow to drain. Deadbolt would not engage. Room #120 had leak under sink.

The hotel is very pretty and the bed is super comfy. The room was spacious and nice!

I waited over 5 minutes for the staff to check me in, who went out to smoke a cigarette while we were pulling in and made us wait. I also made a point to let Them know we were going to a concert and were on a time crunch. I called in a food order 45 m

The location is very convenient to Granville. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean, in general. The rooms are also spacious and often include a sofa; great if you have kids.
Negatives:
The hotel charges your card an extra $100 for amenities, in case you use them. In my experience, the hotel always reverses the charge, but I would prefer it if this was not the policy.

The property is visually beautiful and well maintained. There are so many cozy public spaces to enjoy outside of your room, which is a true luxury in todays hotel market.
Negatives:
That only one full service restaurant was up and running. The food and service there was excellent, but more choices, for the size of the hotel really would have been a plus. Other than that, not a thing.

No door into sink room outside actual toilet/shower room because no stand put clothes on to get dressed after shower and had make sure clothes didn't fall into toilet d/t no lid or stand. Ok for couple but not mom and 2 teenage boys. And toilet door doesn't lock

No free breakfast options. The staff that kept hanging and smoking around entrance C wasnt very nice at all. Every time we came in or out it was like we were intruding on them.
