I arrived at 3:10 and was told my room wasn't ready due to being short staffed. I watched three other groups check in and everything was ok for them. When i finally got my room it was not clean, hair all over the bed and in the tub.

Ants on the food station. Room smelled like old smoke. Not impressed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Hallway smelled like smoke and pool was freezing cold contacted hotel and they said they would but in a request for getting a refund but still haven't heard anything back yet

My son enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

We were in a King Suite but had to travel to the front desk to retrieve our linens for the pull out sofa. Majority of hotels have those things stored in the room to keep from having to go to the main desk. Why couldnt they be delivered to our room?

staff was quick with responses and not very personable. just wanted to get back to the back room instead of being at the desk when guests arrived. my friend had a room there as well and it looked as if the door had been kicked in at some time because the deadbolt was not replaced

I requested a handicap room on booking.com when I got to hotel they didn't have one available

the room was completely nasty. Towels where stained in dirty..
The exhaust fan it's so cold that the steam couldn't get out of the bathroom and had holes in door.
The bathtub was so nasty unbelievable and the toilet
You had to clean everything down before using it
The dresser drawer is hanging on by a thread
Pictures that you got hanging up in there has so much dust on it you can't even see the pictures.
I don't know if it's the train track or extremely high traffic but it was loud as hell throughout the night..
The headboard was chipped so bad and some nasty something that's all over it I just assume what that was all about..
And I'm assuming it supposed to be white blanket that was on the bed but with the dust and dirt that look black nasty.

Not much to like about this one.
Negatives:
The room here was dirty. Stains dripping down the side of the tub. The drain in the tub was full of disgusting looking debris. Did not stay the entire length of the booking.
