Good news! Before Thursday, Nov 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Thursday, Nov 21st, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Nov 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 25, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 4 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first 1 night/s charge (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy
