The fact that we were by the end of the floor near the stairs

Broken water on jacuzzi tub ran all night, stains on blanket, fitted sheets and pillow case! Ice machine was broke said 3plus months…..bathroom shower door didnt fit shower area floor constantly was soaked!

No sheets for the pull out couch, missing front door sight glass with a paper towel shoved in the hole, toilet rocked back and forth, broken tile in the bathroom, missing door stops allowing for holes to start behind doors.

It was lovely to have a swim and relax in the very warm pool after a long car journey. The hotel was quiet and we had a good night sleep in very comfortable beds. Everything was good.
