Positives: I liked being able to get to my car easily. The bed was very comfortable
Negatives: The tub and the sink faucet and handles were very old and not so clean. We thought we asked for a handicap rm, so the wheelchair was tight. We could have switched, but we were not there much!

Positives: The room was a comfortable size, and the bed was comfortable. It was also quieter than expected. We were far enough from the Highway that th traffic was not disturbing.
Negatives: The breakfast was not the best. We got to breakfast before 7 and the oatmeal was very thick like it had been sitting there since yesterday. And the pastries were gross. The omelet and sausage were good, though. There was also an odor like rotten garbagemaybe they were near a landfill? It was strong near the entrance, but it smelled okay inside. It was just a turnoff to smell that before walking into the lobby.

Positives: Fairy fairy experience gave me keys to a dirty room. I had to go to an event, so I called the desk. They said that when I come back from the event, they will give me a new room came back from my event. Had to wait about an hour. The young lady went back-and-forth, trying to find a door that was not locked to where I could have a room did not get into my room until about 1:30-2am. And all of that was very unprofessional. I will not go back. Corporate has been advised of this issue.

Positives: Friendly and helpful staff. They had a good variety of food for breakfast.
Negatives: The hotel did not meet Hampton Inn standards that we have had in the past. The hotel was out of date. It looked like there had been no updates to the entire place since it opened. The indoor pool was also under maintenance during our stay.

Positives: Booked by agent- got to hotel guarantee says I will be happy / I was not - pool closed - one elevator not functioning - breakfast quite poor - price high. Carpet in room sticky and hand towels above toilet used and put in place pre-my use
Negatives: How often do you clean the rugs? An odor like a gymnasium in the elevator. The exaggerated claim about you wanting me being happy was not honored at the desk. They did not want to reduce room rate as I was not happy with the facilities.
