Between Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Nice looking room, staff went out of their way to accommodate. The staff was professional and friendly, check in and out was smooth and quick.

Negatives: Didn't hear outside noise but it was too noisy, we were below stairs sounded like a herd of animals about midnight. Bed against the wall on one side harder to get out of. Bathtub/shower had grab bar but too deep to get out of safely without help.

Positives: Cleanliness is the most important thing for room and linens... bed was good. Glad to have a mini fridge too. Big help from Missy (I think was her name?) She was very helpful and pleasant.. she works in the breakfast area and also covers front desk.
