Negatives: Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I found 2 half empty cups. One next to the chair with half filled and there was mold growing in it and then there was an empty Sonic cup laying next to the microwave. Empty Kleenex box in the room

Negatives: Every time we returned the side door to get in only by keycard was left open.The AC in our room wouldn’t let up turn it up.The tile floor in bathroom moved and the shower didn’t drain. We was on level 3 and for some reason all those doors when people would leave their rooms would slam shut..so basically the at whole floor knew when someone was coming or going because you could hear doors slamming all day/night.
