Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. The breakfast wasn't worth bothering with.

Breakfast Hotel said to have breakfast only had coffee - breakfast bars - oat meals to be made in a coffee cup and old dry muffins in a plastic bag. One table in room. Had to leave hotel to get breakfast. Why advertise breakfast?

Staff was very friendly rooms spacious
Negatives:
Toilet ran all night, hair in the tub and sink room was kinda dirty. Made us wander with so much drug trafficking and use, how safe was our children in a room that was not cleaned well. Room smelled moldy and airconditioning was black inside.

The room was set up nicely, appeared clean

When we went into the room, there was an overwhelming smell of room freshner, but when I was pulling things out of my luggage which was on the floor, the carpet reeked of urine. The longer we stayed in the room, the more you could smell it. The carpet in that room needs replaced to rid the odor of urine. I told the girl at the front desk that when we checked out. We will not stay there again.

I forgot my iPad in my room and when I remembered where I left it they said they didn't have it but it's the last place I had and when I checked my backpack it was gone so was the charging cable.

Very good accommodations for an excellent price! We used to commonly use Holiday Inn Express, but we are now solidly Extended Stay enthusiasts. Although the HIX breakfast is demonstrably more complete and diverse, Extended Stay still wins overall...
Negatives:
The breakfast choices were too limited. We chose to eat elsewhere. Not looking for anything fancy, but the only choice was a few pre-packaged muffins of one type only.
