Negatives: Was not given the room I booked because I got bumped by not having a Hampton membership. As a result, I had to sleep on the “couch”.

Negatives: Booked a double queen with a sofa bed. Handicap accessible. Was put in a king single Handicap accessible except tub was not. Same price. Was not told about change when checking in nor was I charged single king price. Felt like bait and switch.

Negatives: It has not been updated. The caulking in the shower was molded and chipping off. The maid did not make up our room. I had to go to the desk for clean towels and they made me feel like it was an odd request

Negatives: That cleaning ladies walked in My room at 9.am check out is not til 11 ... plus knocked on door at least 3 times too waking up my granddaughter... they don't speak English they should communicate who is checked out with front desk...the 2nd floor was freezing when it was freezing outside....
