Everything. They advertised as a Family-Friendly Hotel so I booked. But it is not safe at all. It is dark in hallway and lobby. They also advertised as having a Hot breakfast but forget about it they do not even offer basic continental. So, lot of mis-advertised and SCAM. Parking lot was empty and I believe we were the only guest staying with them. Price is too high. Paid almost $85 with tax.

Basically everything , right from checking in until checking out. I mean I waited almost 20-25 mins for anyone to come and facilitate my accommodations. I called and it was keep ringing in front me on the desk. Person at desk was barely speaking English. No towels in room and upon asking he said there must be 4 towels in a room and I said please come and check everything and later he called and said sorry we forgot to put it in your room. What a shame.

As soon as we walked through the door we were told that they are no longer a Days Inn. She told us they had to cancel our reservation and run our card through them. She said we would be refunded for our original reservation.

We reserved a suite which wasn't available. We were put in a dirty room, came down got another and then a third. At that point the desk clerk woke the housekeeper who remembered cleaning A room on SOME floor. We went door to door and finally room number 8 was clean. Would have left except for active tornadoes. There was a line at the desk. The housekeeper cleaned out original room for someone else but we were charged for their room as well as ours. Fixing the problem the next day took over 30 minutes making me late for work where I open the business doors
