It was a well lighted parking lot. As for the rest it was terrible

I had trouble with getting the door open it needed adjusting. No shower chair or bench to sit on for a one leg person to shower. The shower drain was stopped up and water was flowing out on the floor. Very unsafe to be on crutches with all that water. Got another room and this was around midnight. No help on moving my stuff. Cleaning service knocking on my door at 9:45 AM. I was over charged for the room $95 instead of the $75. It was to be $66 plus $9 and some change

The refrigerator wasn’t clean it had food from someone in it and we had no trash bags in the trash cans and someone came in are room while we gone and took three dirty towels and left the three clean ones on the table by the door and didn’t even take out the trash

We have stayed here multiple times travel for funerals. The location is perfect for us.
Negatives:
The room was not clean. The refrigerator and microwave both had not been washed out and was soiled. The edges of carpet and wall sockets were heavily soiled. There was glass rings from glasses on the furniture.

even though it was cheap I still feel like it should’ve had working amenities for example our microwave was missing part of the plug in and was broken also could imagine it was a fire hazard that they plugged in a broken microwave, the beds have no comforter only a thin fleece blanket, we also had no room phone.
