Between Wednesday, Nov 27th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Traci, the manager, greeted me upon arrival. Then she fixed a problem I had with the TV in my room. She always greeted me with a smile when I saw her.

Negatives: The room had a slight odor in it. I couldn't identify it. Maybe something to do with the A/C. The A/C thermostat may be worn out in Rm 107 - it kept turning on and off, frequently, and the A/C is pretty loud. So it was hard to get to sleep.
